Pennsylvania and New Jersey are now enforcing the latest International Residential Code (IRC) and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) for residential new construction projects up to 3-stories in height.
The codes require that buildings pass duct leakage and envelope leakage (blower door) tests.
They also require continuously operating mechanical ventilation systems.
